All Levels Jiu-Jitsu: This class is a mixture of beginners and advanced levels. The class includes a dynamic warm up, technical instruction, and technical/competitive rolling.

Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu: Students in this class will increase their base level of fitness while learning the technical skills of jiujitsu as they apply in self-defense situations. This class is intended for those that are brand new to jiujitsu or those that are coming back to jiujitsu after taking a break of 2 months or longer. This class includes a total body fit test, self defense instruction, technical training, and situational rolling.

Intermediate Jiu-Jitsu: (white belt 2 stripes +) This class includes a dynamic warm up, technical instruction, and technical rolling. Students in this class have a minimum of 6 months of jiu jitsu experience.
Monday & Wednesday 7:10-8:00pm
Competition Jiu-Jitsu: (white belt 2 stripes +) Competition Class is not exclusively for competitors, but it is a time when students are expected and encouraged to roll hard. The emphasis of this class is to challenge your skills as well as your partners skills.
Monday & Wednesday 8:00-9:00pm
Advanced Jiu-Jitsu: (colored belts age 12+) The purpose of this class is to drill with intent and focus. Movement based drilling is an opportunity for a student to solidify their technique and gain a comprehensive understanding of the desired technique. This class changes focus between individual instruction and group instruction.
EDH World Class Athlete Program: (WCAP) This program is specifically for world class athletes looking to perform at the international level and become a world champion. EDH WCAP serves students in our Juniors Class (age10-14) Adults (14-29) and Masters (30+) level students.
Open Mat: (white belt 1 stripe +) Open mat is a time set aside for students to come in and train with or without an instructor present. There may be some instruction if an instructor is present, but most of the time it is an opportunity to review and drill, roll, and ask questions with your training partner.
