All Levels Jiu-Jitsu: This class is a mixture of beginners and advanced levels. The class includes a dynamic warm up, technical instruction, and technical/competitive rolling.

Basics Jiu-Jitsu: Students in this class will increase their base level of fitness while learning the technical skills of jiujitsu as they apply in self-defense situations. This class is intended for those that are brand new to jiujitsu or those that are coming back to jiujitsu after taking a break of 2 months or longer. This class includes a total body fit test, self defense instruction, technical training, and situational rolling.

Women’s Jiu-Jitsu: (All Levels) This class is a mixture of beginners and advanced levels. The class includes a dynamic warm up, self defense concepts, technical instruction, and technical/competitive rolling.

Masters Jiu-Jitsu: (Age 40+) This class is a mixture of beginners and advanced levels. The class includes a dynamic warm up with an emphasis on balance and mobility, flow rolling, situational drills, and technical/competitive rolling.

Advanced Jiu-Jitsu: (white belt 2 stripes +) This class includes a dynamic warm up, technical instruction, and technical rolling. Students in this class have a minimum of 6 months of jiu jitsu experience.

Competition Jiu-Jitsu: (white belt 1 stripe +) Competition Class is not exclusively for competitors, but it is a time when students are expected and encouraged to roll hard. The emphasis of this class is to challenge your skills as well as your partners skills.

Open Mat: (white belt 1 stripe +) Open mat is a time set aside for students to come in and train with or without an instructor present. There may be some instruction if an instructor is present, but most of the time it is an opportunity to review and drill, roll, and ask questions with your training partner.
