EDH Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts academy in el Dorado Hills, ca. We specialize in the different slices of jiujitsu; fitness, selfdefense, competition, and in general a lifestyle approach to training and learning. Our program offers classes for kids as young as four years old and all the way through adult only classes. In our programs we include jiujitsu in the gi, nogi, submission only, wrestling, and judo for the sake of learning how to control and fight for takedowns regardless of the rules.
